Terms of Use

StuTrack Club helps personal trainers and students manage lessons, nutrition plans, packages, progress, and external payment notifications.

StuTrack Club is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Health integrations are optional and require the user’s permission. Consult a qualified professional before beginning an exercise or nutrition program.

StuTrack Club is not a payment institution and does not collect payments in the app. Receipt submission reports a payment made outside the app for a physical personal-training service.

The assistant may answer everyday questions and forward relevant matters to the trainer. It does not provide medical advice or independently change a nutrition or exercise plan. Photo analysis provides estimated nutrition values, meal-compliance feedback, and visual weekly progress summaries only; these results are not professional or medical advice.

Users must protect their credentials. A student account can be permanently deleted from within the application.

Calendar links must be kept private. Anyone with the link may view the user’s StuTrack Club lesson details; the user can rotate or disable the link at any time.

Zoom integration is optional and is subject to Zoom’s own terms and privacy policy. The tenant administrator is responsible for managing the connection and generated meetings.
