Privacy Policy

StuTrack Club processes account information, trainer-student relationships, lesson and package records, progress information entered by the user, and optional payment receipts.

Connecting Apple Health or Health Connect is optional. After explicit permission, StuTrack Club reads daily steps, active calories, and the latest weight only to display a fitness summary. Health data is processed on the device, is not sent to StuTrack Club servers, and is never used for advertising, credit decisions, or data sales. Access can be revoked in device settings at any time.

StuTrack Club does not process payments. A receipt upload reports an external payment to the relevant trainer. Receipt files are encrypted and visible only to the relevant student and authorized tenant personnel.

When a user selects a nutrition or weekly progress photo, the image is sent to the configured AI service provider solely to produce the requested analysis. Nutrition values are estimates. Progress analysis describes visible changes only and does not infer medical status or body-fat percentage. Raw photos follow the tenant retention policy and are deleted within 30 days. Uploading photos is optional.

If a user enables calendar subscription, StuTrack Club creates a private, revocable read-only link containing only that user’s StuTrack Club lessons. StuTrack Club does not access the user’s Google or Apple account and cannot read other personal calendar events.

If a tenant administrator connects a Zoom account, authorization tokens are encrypted and used only to create, update, or cancel that tenant’s online lesson meetings. The connection can be removed from the panel, and meeting links are shared with the relevant trainer and student.

Students can permanently delete their account and related personal data from Profile → Delete my account. Records subject to legal retention may be retained in restricted form for the required period.
